Where It All Started

There are some things in life that no one can truly prepare you for.

Becoming a wife was one of them.

Becoming a mother was another.

Before those moments, I spent hours reading articles, searching for advice, and wondering if I was doing the right thing. Some of it helped, but so much of it felt generic or disconnected from what I was actually experiencing.

This made me realise that although many women ask the same questions, the answers are rarely as simple or personal as we hope they’ll be.

My goal isn’t to tell you what your answer should be, but to share the experiences, questions, and lessons that helped me find mine, in the hope that they’ll help you find what feels right for your life.

I want to be as honest and transparent about my experiences and mistakes as possible.

Today, I’m still learning, finding my own balance as a wife and mother, and watching our little girl grow up one day at a time. The more I experience these different seasons of life, the more I realise that the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that life never stops changing. Just when you think you’ve found your footing, a new season arrives, bringing its own joys, questions, and challenges.

We’re never asked to carry every challenge life has to offer all at once.

Maybe that’s exactly how it’s meant to be. Each season prepares us for the next, allowing us to grow little by little in ways we never could have imagined.

If anything I share helps you feel a little less alone, a little more understood, or a little closer to the answers you’re looking for, then this blog has already become everything I hoped it would be.

Thank you for reading, and I hope you’ll join me in the next one.
